fucked things up and had to restart my campaign twice before i got a proper clue of how to progress but i am very satisfied presently
right now i'm trying to increase production of glass and alloys on earth and polymers as well as those two on mars, the former so i can get a system of solar panels around solar orbit to meet future electricity demand on mars and the latter so i can increase income and pop growth on mars by getting comsats in orbit, also need to ramp up metal production there by a lot(like easily over 10 times what it is now) to build some not!megastructures that decrease radiation on the surface
i'm hoping to get 100k pops on mars by 2070-2090 which should get my revenue way up, need to get my electicity production up and also increase carbon production on one of mars' moons to keep up with supply consumption on mars
also need to get manned mines on the 3 comets i can see since they have noble gas and i use that as fuel for my ships

i'd have all major population centers and cities as points and then a province is the combination of all cities plus some vaguely abstracted rural population contained in a shape
