they made 1 million little "cultures" (oftentimes madeup) to balkanize everything and then they made big language blobs (with cosmetic "dialects")

they should have made bigger more normal cultures, and then used the dialect feature to differentiate them and bring them apart 

so you can be french culture but speak uuuggg orleans dialect (???) so not be fully integrated

there definitely should be several times more dialects, assuming of course the goal is to be realistic
